One use per customer. It applies to Cadenza bras, bottoms and lingerie.
How do returns work from the UK?
Fourteen days from delivery, unworn, with tags and original packaging. Request the return in the portal; a pre-paid label costs €15 and is deducted from the refund. Sealed items cannot be returned once the hygiene seal is broken.
