• Shipping and delivery

    Decadence Mansion aims to dispatch your order within 48 hours of receipt of payment details – excluding weekends, bank holidays and public holidays. This is subject to credit clearance and availability of stock. If a particular product is not in stock, or sold out, we will contact you via email to resolve the matter.


    To offer you the most secure and efficient service we have chosen DHL for most deliveries within Europe. Occasionally Fedex or UPS may be used. Slovenska posta Courier is used for all shipments within Slovakia. All services are express and require a signature on delivery. As soon as your order has been shipped you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with the tracking number (Air Waybill) for the corresponding delivery company, together with details on how to track your order. Please note that these services might not be available during the festive and prefestive days. Also note that the estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only, and Decadence Mansion is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes or shipping companies.

    Tracking Your Order - Tracking number will be sent to your email to get updates on the status of your order. We recommend staying up to date with your shipments progress in case there are any exceptions during transit. Your order will require a signature for delivery, so please ensure you are at home during the estimated delivery time.


    Decadence Mansion ensures each purchase for the time it is in transit only. A signature is required for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods is passed to you. If you request to waive the signature requirement, neither Decadence Mansion nor the courier company will hold any responsibility for a lost package.


    If a package is marked as delivered but has not been received, Decadence Mansion will run a full investigation with our Delivery team and appropriate courier. In general, a resolution cannot be offered until a response is received by the courier, which can take several weeks.
