By participating in this giveaway, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not enter.

1. THE GIVEAWAY

1.1. The promoter is Decadence Mansion managed under Birne s.r.o. - A. Brunovskeho 6, 841 05 Bratislava, Slovakia (“we”, “us”, “our”).

1.2. The giveaway is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary.

1.3. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta. By entering, you release Instagram and Meta from all responsibility in connection with this giveaway.

2. HOW TO ENTER

2.1. The giveaway will be announced on the official @decadencemansion Instagram account (the “Post”).

2.2. To enter, participants must:

  • Follow @decadencemansion
  • Like the giveaway post
  • Ensure that both the participant and the tagged friend follow @decadencemansion — only pairs where both accounts follow will be eligible to win
  • Optionally, share the post to their Instagram Story for an extra entry

2.3. The giveaway opens at 10:30 CET 14th November 2025 (“Opening Date”) and closes at midnight on Friday 21st November 2025 (“Closing Date”). Entries received after this time will not be accepted.

2.4. No purchase is required to participate. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.

2.5. Entrants are responsible for ensuring their Instagram profile and comments remain public and visible until the winner is announced.

2.6. We are not responsible for entries that are incomplete, lost, delayed, or cannot be processed due to technical issues.

2.7. Entries where either account (the participant or tagged friend) does not follow @decadencemansion at the time of winner selection will be deemed ineligible.

3. ELIGIBILITY

3.1. Participants must be aged 18 or over.

3.2. Entrants must reside within the EU/EEA/UK in a country where Decadence Mansion currently ships.

3.3. Employees, contractors, or collaborators directly involved with Decadence Mansion (and their immediate families) are not eligible.

3.4. Entrants must hold a valid Instagram account and follow @decadencemansion to qualify.

3.5. Both the entrant and the tagged account must be following @decadencemansion at the time of winner confirmation in order to claim the prize.

3.6. By entering, you confirm that your submission does not infringe upon the rights of any third party and does not contain offensive or inappropriate content.

3.7. We reserve the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any entry that violates these terms or the spirit of the contest.

4. THE PRIZE

4.1. One winner will receive two Decadence Mansion lingerie sets – one for themselves and one for their tagged friend.

4.2. The prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may not be resold or gifted.

4.3. If any item or size is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute a product of equal or higher value.

4.4. Winners should allow up to 30 days from confirmation to receive their prize.

4.5. If a winner has already made a purchase from Decadence Mansion prior to the announcement and wins, their order will be refunded in full and they may keep their purchase.

4.6. The prize is subject to confirmation of eligibility, including the provision of full name, valid delivery address, and size information.

5. WINNER SELECTION

5.1. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries using an automated or impartial selection process.

5.2. The decision of Decadence Mansion is final; no correspondence will be entered into.

5.3. The winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message within five (5) days of the competition closing.

5.4. The winner must respond within 7 days of being contacted. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture, and another winner may be selected. The winner’s eligibility will be confirmed by verifying that both the entrant and the tagged account follow @decadencemansion at the time of selection.

5.5. Winner details (first name and country) may be shared publicly in compliance with competition transparency standards.

5.6. We reserve the right to withdraw the prize if a winner is found to have breached these terms or acted dishonestly.

6. PUBLICITY & DATA PROTECTION

6.1. By participating, entrants agree that Decadence Mansion may share or repost their entry content (e.g., comments, tagged stories, or imagery) across its marketing channels, including social media and email newsletters.

6.2. Winners may be contacted to take part in optional promotional content or features related to the giveaway.

6.3. Personal data will be processed solely for the purposes of this competition — including winner selection, notification, and prize delivery — in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Decadence Mansion and its partners shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered by any participant arising from taking part in this giveaway, except where caused by negligence. Nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit statutory rights.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Slovakia, and any disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Slovak courts.
